明後日でタバコやめて2年8ヶ月。良い事しかないです。そして昨日で週末しか飲酒しなくして8ヶ月血液検査に歴然と変化が表れたので結果良かったんでしょうね。週末の昼頃から帰宅後の飲酒を楽しみに思うようになり毎週末ほぼ記憶が無いのもどうかとおもいますが
