La corte de Suecia resolvió otorgar el nombre de Entombed como banda a Nicke Andersson, Ulf Uffe Cederlund y a Alex Hellid; ellos disputan el nombre desde 2004 contra L-G Petrov quien seguirá con su banda Entombed AD

Los ganadores de la disputa prometen un gran futuro para la formación y su público

En la red social Entombed Clandestine, en un comunicado de Alex Hellid, Nicke Andersson, y Uffe Cederlund aseguran:

"El tribunal de primera instancia de Suecia el 17 de mayo de 2017, se pronunció sobre este asunto de larga data en relación con la marca de nombre Entombed, y encontró su favor en todos los planteos. Naturalmente, estamos encantados con la decisión de los tribunales, Es un gran alivio se haya resuelto esta cuestión y podamos volver a centrarnos en dar al público más de Entombed. Ya discutimos ideas y planes y queremos mirar hacia adelante, para crear junto lo mejor posible tanto en el estudio de grabación como en vivo".
